I see people incredibly upset about the poor customer service. That’s pretty accurate. Maybe I should not recommend them, I’ve had some similar issues but never terribly bad and I wrote it off as “jank.” That’s why it’s cheap. When did anyone say it’s a scam or they extort extra money?
