How the fuck is this a valid executive order when it's clearly purse string shit. This is something congress would have to do.
Congress would have to first stop him. He does so many blatantly illegal things though and nobody ever actually cares, though, so that's unlikely.

What two inches? What was the best timeline that we missed out on so narrowly? 2000? Because Reagan won by a lot, if I’m remembering correctly.
I mean any timeline without this 2nd Trump term would be a heck of a lot nicer.
