Recruitment incentives are needed to boost the number of emergency services volunteers to respond to natural disasters and take the pressure off the ADF.

If I could afford a place to live and had received good healthcare for a few issues that I'm told aren't serious enough for surgery (hernia, varicose veins, nerve entrapment), I'd be happy to volunteer.
