Sure it would add a bit but that's not a large capacity for ebike propulsion. It's under 100Whr. The small bike batteries start at 250Whr. Also it won't be enough to keep the bike running while biking since the peak of the port is 140W and bikes draw about 250 to maintain 25kph.

Yeah, a quite silly idea but not too far off (100Wh from powerbank vs around 340Wh of the bike - not negligible!) :)
