First, you are clearly not engaging. Being associated with gang members is not a crime. The entire premise for this kidnappings is illegal. They aren't arresting her for immigration status, they are arresting her for associating with people, which is in no way a crime. This is extrajudicial behavior and the only reason I am able to determine that you are OK with it is cause she wasn't a citizen.
