This could be a search autocompletion that happens to get noticed by some other user on the device 6 months down the road. OP might come across it again in 2 years. IT might find it and point it out to a co-worker for a laugh.
Sowing insignificant chaos is how we brighten each other's day.
Reminds me of the time I was at work searching for a particular connector I needed.
And so forth. I didn't find the part I needed and so I had to solder it myself.
No one said anything but this was a company where one of our sales guys was apparently soliciting prostitutes using his work email and no one knew until he got fired for other reasons and they went through his email looking for customer communications.
