Reading through the plot descriptions of the Ms Koizumi episodes, I can maybe mention that there's a breakup and a character collapsing from starvation within the first four episodes; in later episodes there will be a missing or stranded child situation (ep 6, ep 12), as well as a character catching a cold (ep 12) and sexual harassment of a schoolgirl (ep 11). I don't know how many of these things necessarily demand a content warning, but better safe than sorry, right? Otherwise you've got the main things.
And as I had mentioned the other day, there actually is also a live action adaptation of Ms Koizumi as well. I don't even know if you can find that with English subs, but it exists!
