Ok so I don't know if this protocol has got anything to do with Federation, but it's an interesting protocol regardless

Doesn't really help much. Seems to be some spin on blockchain/cryptocurrency, and doesn't really do a good job of explaining the value proposition.

It isn't though, there are a series of cab-booking apps that use this, look up Yathri-Sathi on PlayStore (Govt-Backed)
