I think it would be counterintuitive to cater to a small percentage of people who 1) didn't see it live and 2) are bothered by knowing the results early.
I think it would be more beneficial for users to take matters into their own hands.
For example, you can create another account and block the Formula 1 and Formuladank communities so you can browse without the risk of getting spoiled by a post going by your feed.
Then when you've seen it, switch back to your main.
