I always assumed he was Blobistani?
If he gets the votes he can do literally anything he wants.
I sure it's possible if an African/Hawaii resident/American person can.
Mr Blobby has no nationality though.
Depends on if they understand anything about the Constitution. If not - yes.
I mean, weren't a lot of the founding fathers British?
