True.

Red blood cells, and 5-30% of brain cells utilize glucose exclusively.

However, the external requirement for glucose is zero, the body will make its own glucose for this purpose. This is how you can sleep at night, your body is running on fat while you sleep, and the liver is producing glucose via gluconeogenesis.
