There are some good server hosting options that allow Tor nodes here (also good for other uses): https://community.torproject.org/relay/community-resources/good-bad-isps/
I found 1984.hosting and bitfolk.com to be pretty reasonably priced.
I was considering using one of these to use as a WireGuard VPN to hide my IP at home when I self host at some point.
Yeah I know, lib free speech websites
However I heard good reviews about these hosting providers. They're better than sites like Hetzner which ban users for bullshit reasons. According to the Tor resource, bitfolk.com are very knowledgable and understand Tor and its uses. They are hot on spam and abuse so advise changing the default exit (good idea in the UK anyhow). Any DMCA notices received were simply forwarded on without agro. The Tor resource above has a lot of providers that you may have not heard of and can provide good and affordable services.
