1488 is white supremacist code. 14 for the 14 words which I will not repeat here. You can google that. 8 is the eighth letter of the alphabet which is "H".
So 14 words, HH or "Heil Hitler".
For the lazy:
More like: We have a mental issue where we think one kind of humans (namely we ourselves) is superior and all others inferior and the inferior ones want to destroy us so we need to preemptively destroy them.
That's way more than 14. But it's also a more accurate statement.
