I like how lemm.ee didn't defederated very many people and maintained a chill vibe in terms of moderation.

What instances have similar vibe?

Edit: I been looking into it and seems that an instance with a similar outlook on federation and not full of power tripping admins censoring is hilariouschaos.com

Please choose smaller sized instances. We want to spread the people around so that admins don't get overloaded.

Until the admin(s) of the small instance decide to shut down because there isn't enough users like mine will soon.
