Hmm, shouldn’t their priority be on getting new mothers? Remarrying someone whose already had kids seems counterproductive to the agenda
I mean, just cause they've had kids doesn't mean there can't be more. Also good to help the existing kids (hopefully).

that is true, it is impossible for them to have more children. everyone knows a woman's uterus falls out the second they get a divorce
My point being more that someone who already had kids is less likely to want to have more. Simple as that.
