This is a setup. "No Jews" makes you look racist, which the some governments are a-ok with, "no Zionist" makes you an enemy of the ~~Western currency hegemony~~ state, and will get you sent to a concentration camp, on or off-shore.
And because they want to pair being against Zionism/Israel to being against Jews.
