if I had a nickel every time time Israel attacked diaspora Jewish communities to force them to flee to Israel I would have... lost count.

there's also the Iraq bombing of Jewish communities

Herzl, the founder of modern political Zionism, met with von Plehve, who was the Russian Minister of the Interior and known for his harsh policies against Jews, including being linked to instigating pogroms such as the Kishinev pogrom.
