MODERATORS
subs or dubs?
Subs for everything, @AntifaSuperWombat@hexbear.net and I did the subs for Tom Turbo, the rest came with subs already.
Question, how does one do subbing / subtitles?
We use SubtitleEdit (https://www.nikse.dk/subtitleedit) because it allows for networked collaborative subtitling sessions and has native support for AI transcription. It's really intuitive to use. There's a web version available as well.
Aegisub (https://aegisub.org/) is another good alternative. I use it on my linux machine to pull subs from .mkv files, but I haven't really played with it much beyond that.
Subtitle Edit is so good
