Anyone notice the huge increase in misuse of "fleshed out"? (sh.itjust.works)

I've literally heard over 5 people over a few months (professionals in their fields) say FLUSHED out when referring to ideas or concepts. It drives me insane. I blame TikTok! No i have no idea what is causing it. My SO has noticed it as well.
