This is 3 distinct phrases.
"Eye of the tiger"
"Focus on my target outcome"
"If I can't I must".
Still terrible and cliche, made worse by hanging them together so it looks like a single poster.
The third one sounds like they're being set up for failure. Or someone doesn't understand the meaning of "can't".
Or, y'know, improving themselves until "can't" becomes "can".
