If I talked about a woman the way I have heard women talk about Mr. Cavill, I would be chased out of public areas.
A lot of my female friends are, for a lack of a better term, "woke" (not derogatory) and they have grievances with stuff Cavill has said in the past in regards to women and feminism. I'm not sure on the details, but it was enough of a turn off for them apparently. I have no skin in the game.
And I would suspect there are as many women who clamour. This meme is just someone's specific preference. There is NO universal attractive type.
