Was a sector countback to the last sector before the red flag.
I'll never understand why they can count minisectors when it suits them but then randomly say "we have no way to determine the racing order" on a red flag.
Might just be that the rules were written before the microsectors were a thing?
Or maybe the full sector lines have better equipment - they have a line, so probably have cameras on them too.
Good question though, would be interesting to know the real answer.
