Maybe things can't only get better for Keir Starmer, as he is shamed with the latest polling just as the Labour conference begins

Being pro-Putin or a tankie is the same thing as being a fascist

I think there's some truth to what I said, right?

Fascist movements are apparently characterised by: "extreme militaristic nationalism, contempt for electoral democracy and political and cultural liberalism, a belief in natural social hierarchy and the rule of elites". I think Putin's rule has those characteristics. And tankies are authoritarian, right? They might idolise the USSR or the PRC, both of which have had a focus on militaristic nationalism, contempt for electoral democracy, and a belief in the rule of elites.

Posts should be related to UK-centric news, and should be either a link to a reputable source, or a text post on this community.

Opinion pieces are also allowed, provided they are not misleading/misrepresented/drivel, and have proper sources.

Disappointing comments will generally be left to fester in ratio, outright horrible comments will be removed.
