I would say, first and formost, bad quality food (what Jack Spirko calls feed), which consists of ingredients that are unpronounceable, gluten, cow's milk with chemicals pumped into the cows, refined sugars (cane sugar has almost the exact same process as cocaine), seed oils (people do not want to get rid of seed oils, despite them messing up their brains and guts) and soy (that's good at altering hormone levels, specifically estrogen or testosterone depending on the sex assigned at birth).

Exercise raises dopamine levels (not lowering them), and yet, people who have a sedentary lifestyle tend to suffer a lot (while I'm sedentary myself, I eat almost nothing I described above, with exception to some seed oils, which is how I kept my weight in check). It's more of a serotonin toxicity people tend to see in their systems due to balance issues.

This affects both sexes, not just males.

I hope this get's upvoted to the heavens! You spoke nothing but facts. Nutrition plays such a huge part. I've said it before and I'll said it here: If you can't pronounced it, you shouldn't put it in your mouth. You nailed it. What's the best nutrition plan you think people should adopt, Mediterranean, high protein low carb, keto, vegan? What nutrition plan or lifestyle are you on? You sound like you're on a specific lifestyle that works for you.

It depends on the body type. I may be A+ in my blood type, but I tend to do high protein-low carb. Veganism and vegetarianism was proven to cause more problems than solve from what I read on the matter, as plants have mechanisms to defend themselves (usually in the form of lectins) against being eaten. Some who want to seriously heal say a carnivore diet would be very well.

Since I happened to be diagnosed as a classical autist (I'm level 1 though), one chiropractor recommends a carnivore diet with microgreens and sprouts as modifications for it. For those who listen to Dr. Eric Berg, he's the one who would do this plan for those with autism, but it might not work for everyone.

I also cycle high protein low card and I do intermittent fasting 1 to 2 times a week, that helps as well. Nice! Oddly enough, I've seen some vegans who don't look very healthy. It's a common misconception that all vegan food is healthy. Most of it is healthy, but some can get you in a lot of trouble.

I actually tend to do a 6-8 hour fast every day, and sometimes, even longer if necessary. My producer, Neigsendoig, does the exact same thing, so we knew a thing or two about it for some time.

Yes sir, that's what I figured. You sound very educated on an acceptable nutrition plan and one that's not. This community needs voices like yours, feel free to post here whenever you want. You're perspective will never be downvoted by me, even if we do not always have the same views! Welcome to the community!
