You know.... I've been tracking political stuff in a bookmark manager. Would Jira actually do a better job? I could link things together and write about updates....
Would an issue tracker in general do a better job? Maybe.
Jira specifically? Unlikely.

Problem: people are starving. Response: not a bug, actually a feature.
I imagine the disputes would get heated.
