No argument here. Even if they didn’t; the moment they realise it was a rally of dudes clad in all black with their faces covered spouting bs; they should have issued move on orders. Yep, it violates the inciting racial hatred act. It worth pointing out that maybe it “slipped passed them” but my doubting that aside, incompetence is not a defence; as any cop will tell you.

The commissioner said he would review that decision and added he did not know the protest was taking place due to an internal "communication error", and that he had failed to brief the government.
