I can't imagine being on social media all day and not being able to tell what is Ai, I'm seeing these people think that a burger king ad for tasers included with kid meals are real. It's fake of course but they can't even tell. Even dumber things that are real people think it's AI. I'm not surprised, the peasant class has long been detatched from reality but now even the middle and upper class are falling for such delusions

Yeah. These people are doomed in my opinion

I mean maybe sometimes we should try not to be headed for doom. We know how education works, we've had quite some success with it now and then. We also know how to do regulation. So I guess we could decide to tackle these problems and head towards a brighter future. But then it feels to me we might as well end up going to live in the movie Idiocracy.

Already in idiocracy. Take note. People hate nature and love the artificial

Probably true, or at least not far from being true.

I don't really know whether people really hate/like it. I think they're kind of exploited on a psychology level. A chunk of them will be aware of how doomscrolling isn't good for them. Yet their dopamine receptors are as hijackable as mine. Seems they also gravitate towards a political situation nobody likes. They want to see it crash and burn, feel outrage and hate. But that's not really in anybody's own interest. And it also doesn't leave them satisfied or feel good in the end. Neither does it deliver good feelings during the process. I think it's more that people dwell in it... And they don't care. Especially not about reality. This is about (fake) feelings. And a twisted form of love, also towards dwelling in misery. Or wanting to believe in simple truths. Because everything is so complicated... we have all these options available in modern life. So we make up our own fake version to cope with things. The simpler, more artificial, more stupid, the better... And I suppose it's way more complicated than that. We also have the corporate interests which shape the online world to be just like that. We have politicians and other people who like people being sheep. And it all kind of adds up and pulls in the very same direction.

May be some merit to what you say but I won't allow these people to pollute society for much longer.

And what's your solution to stop them? I don't think the movie Idiocracy has good advice except tell them you can speak to plants and those demand water?!
