Charlie Brown sits behind Patty during a test. Charlie Brown leans forward and asks Patty, "What's the answer to the first question?". Patty responds "True".
Charlie Brown further asks "What's the answer to the second question?" and Patty responds "False".
Charlie Brown says "I'll bet you think I'm pretty stupid…" and Patty replies "True".
Charlie Brown continues "But you'll give me all the answers, won't you?" and Patty scowls while responding with "False!!"

Umm... I think the transcript is supposed to be for a different comic as it doesn't match what's in either image at all.
Thanks, updated. I pull the transcripts from the site that hosts the comics, and sometimes they're wrong. I usually check that they're right, but of course I forget to check when it's wrong 😅
