Wow that's enough for checks notes three quarters of a scroll.

With Xanathar's downtime rules you can make one cantrip/1st level scroll per day, double that if you're a 10th level scribe wizard, so in three days you can make up to six Cure Wounds scrolls. Only 12.5g each for a scribe wizard too.

do wizards get to use cure wounds?

The Cleric or someone could craft a scroll of Cure Wounds and then the wizard can copy it into their spell book, but only if your DM allows it. Usually they can't copy nonwizard spells.

They'd probably need to work together as per divine magic / miracle rules.

Wizards run on Intelligence, Clerics run on Faith, so uh, wizards suck at crafting faith magic scrolls.

One drafter, one copyeditor, deity in-between.

It's a 1st level spell so you can get it through a feat or by multiclassing into cleric for one level.
