If it's explicitly consensual then it's not cheating because you are not breaking any understood rules of the relationship.
I meant consensual whatever sexual or non sexual act they are cheating with, i.e. not rape or sexual abuse etc. In that case I don't judge people without knowing what their reasons are for cheating.
