There are various p2p website services.
@swelter_spark@reddthat.com and that lets you explore the web without moving into the internet ? I mean yesterday, l literally had lost connectivity for 4 hours........
Oh, that's what you mean. There used to be programs used to mass download sites while you're online for later offline viewing. Something like that might still be around. Some p2p networks work the same way, although it doesn't sound like the p2p aspect is necessary for what you want.
