MODERATORS
Mullvad is a bit better if you’re hyper concerned about privacy but it doesn’t have port forwarding support so it’s worse for torrenting.
You should have a look at Windscribe then.
They also partnered with obscura VPN. So Obscura claims it can’t record, and its exit servers are Mullvad who also claims it can’t record
