Hillary has always been an out of touch, pro war hawk. It's one of the reasons Trump won in 2016.

Yep, but according to my girlfriend, I’m a misogynist when I mention how bad of a candidate she was. She also hates AOC on principle, so I’m not sure I shouldn’t get some different opinions.

Tell her she only hates her for being a woman.

[-] jollyrogue@lemmy.ml 1 points 2 months ago

I have more sense than that. 😆

More like AOC isn’t a corporate Dem and full throated capitalist the way Hillary is.

Trump is also a war hawk but convinced people he isn't

See Iran, Argentina, etc

Right, but in the context of 2016 it wasn't known if he was while Hillary was known.

I mean, he was a known idiot and boot licker, but not a known hawk.

  1. There is a paywall. Going from the headline a racist isn't necessarily a hawk

  2. That article is from 2024... And it's domestic, again not about foreign war.

  3. More domestic stuff

  4. More domestic stuff and again from way after 2016

I get the leap you're trying to make but domestic terror and violence doesn't necessarily mean pro foreign war.
