This is obviously an objective criteria, so the mods are always right. Or maybe mildly right? Ahh.. what do we know?

Aren't we all working voluntarily? Or are some of us enslaved property?
Some people won't be happy until the tyranny of extrinsic motivation is entirely banished. I wish them well, so I try to keep them motivated with little treats at semi-random intervals.
