Interesting question(don't mean any offense by it)... If you had transitioned already and he wrote your transitioned name... Would you transition back to avoid death?
you could just change your name again. before birth certificates and all that bs existed you could just go by a new name in every single town you visited
i assume it will still kill you if had your birth name, since the shinigami can see your true name and time of death, even if you gave a fake one, changed it, the orignal would still be in effect. assuming the shinigami eyes isnt using non-linear time to ascertain your name.
Didn't I tell you tomorrow that time isn't linear?
