[OOo.]Adventus Day 15
The soap for today is the honest to God Shulton Old Spice soap (3.0 oz mug refill). I don't have an Old Spice mug (yet) so I just held it with my hand.
I have no idea why they stopped making this. It made a nice lather with a 30-second brush load. Plenty of product for my normal face shave, lower neck and around my ears. It was slick and had a great scent throughout.
I recently acquired a Shulton Old Spice EdC and talc powder from a local antique shop. I don't have the aftershave yet.
I also received a sample of LA Shaving Soap Co. Black Rose in today's satchel.
Have a good Sunday!
I used Shulton Old Spice aftershave for years before Shulton sold it and it became over-marketed. I have the original soap and aftershave now. I could easily go back to using it everyday. Even by today's standards, the soap is pretty good, and for me, nothing beats the original Old Spice aftershave.
