My two year-old nephew says similar things about anything he grabs. Then he throws a tantrum and demands someone give it to him, if you take back the thing he grabbed. When that doesn't work, he screams and fake-cries with this look that says, "you've made me do this, you can stop this whenever you're ready to give in."
