I need a PDF viewer which UI can be accessed via localhost so I can open it in Firefox.

I need a more powerful PDF viewer with easier jumping to sections, comments, and highlighting.

Stirling-PDF might be what you're looking for.

I think BentoPDF is a similar option.

I've never used either though.
