There was an Oregon Trail II?
Yes and it's quite amazing. Not really anything like the original other than that it involves the Oregon Trail. I forget where, but there is a video game archive that allows you to play it in browser. Was able to play it for the first time in maybe 20 years and it was a lot of fun!
