MODERATORS
Sometimes, when this happens to me, I go to a smashing place. They give you a sledge hammer and you can break all stuff in the room. Old TVs , Bottles , wooden benches etc.
Its a good outlet. Try something that allows you to let shit out of your mind.
I need one of those places after playing Elden Ring for a while.
