If you want people to update, you have to push out tested solid updates. Otherwise, the risk outweighs any potential benefit. Watching the windows 11 updates has been so weird

On one of my test machines I've noticed it's installed the same update three times in a few days. No errors, I'm wondering if it'll happen a fourth time.
