Definitely one of the most horrific things I've ever seen. It occasionally pops into my head for that extra trauma bump. That poor man. :(
Remembering this incident makes me angry and uncomfortable. I hate thinking about the video. Do 100% everything the cops tell you to do, and you still get popped. ACAB.
