how many is a bunch? Because a mistake many people make is stockpiling a tiny amount of food, as if that's going to help much.
You want like a week of food and water, that's reasonable to store and a week is about how long a non-apocalyptic emergency might last.
An entire wall of a decent sized storage area. However he's a cheap ass and most of it is on clearance and isn't going to last long anyway.
I'm not suggesting that it is a smart inclination to have.
