MODERATORS
Like all the AI tech bros, Musk believes himself above the law (and unfortunately the current disgusting excuse for an administration is of the same mindset) so that wouldn't be at all surprising, This is all just a game to them, with conveniently selective application of the rules just part of the fun of having complete disregard for the destruction of other people's lives.
