how can we tell it's failing?
News says ten trillion Iranian protestors have died. Don't need to propagandize that side that hard when you're winning?
i don't know, feels like manufacturing some consent for what they actually want to do.
Do need to lay the groundwork for "addressing the violence against their own people" for the ground invasion or air campaign.
