Final Fantasy XII. I played it at launch and loved it. Spent 120 hours with it and beat every boss except for the one ridiculously hard fight.

Either it or I haven't aged very well. I'm 60 hours in and have to push myself to play it. I might just move onto something else or beeline the story and stop with the side content and call this one misguided nostalgia.
