He's a bumbling moron in everything he does. I don't know if it's a schtick or if it's just how he is. You have to be pretty technologically illiterate to take any cues from him.
I'm not extending the "don't attribute to malice what can be explained by stupidity" meme to him anymore. At this point it's obviously malice wrapped in greed.
