Thanks I will see what I can find. Unfortunataly no cables but bios was updated "a few years back" says the issue comes and goes over a monthts time or more. But yea there are two drives. I was guessing under the plate as well, will start there. I assumed bios also but what you gonna do. She can update bios herself later. Might as well change it here where i have tools and time.
So not bootlooping per se.
In that case it could be power issues (PSU) or other mobo issues.
If it's RAM (only occasionally destabilising the system) MemTest86 could actually find something.
Might as well stress test it while you have it (100% burn on CPU, RAM, & CPU).
