What does Mr. Aoun think?

Last I read is he banned Hezbollah military action yet the Lebanese military can’t enforce the ban. Hezbollah is in essence a government within the country and no longer has sanction to operate.

Maybe the Brit’s can step in and help out the actual Lebanese government
