I live in a constant state of anxiety that people feel that way about my house but are just too nice to say anything
Go away for a weekend and when you come back, that’s what others smell.
We have 2 dogs, so I get a little paranoid that our house has dog smell. So it's always a relief to come back from a few days away to find that it just smells completely normal.
Never been to a house of people that have dogs and there wasn't a dog smell.
Share your secrets
Honestly I don't know! The main level of our house is all wood floors which probably helps. But other than that we don't have any unusual cleaning practices.
Maybe I have a kind of long term nose blindness that persists for days. 🤷♂️
I guess some dog breeds smell more than others
When was the last time you steam cleaned your rugs and couches and chairs?
It's the reason I buy so many candles. I can cheat the system.
Now your house smells like candles and that.
Oh god that’s so much worse.
